What started off as a potentially bad experience completely turned around thanks to three amazing Home Depot employees: Oscar, David Bernal, and Daniel. Unfortunately, we received a store credit after returning a vanity (bought online) with a broken countertop and were not informed that the store credit could not be used for an online purchase. Before realizing this, we went back into the store to reorder the same vanity. Oscar in the Kitchen & Appliance department immediately stepped in to help us, and when I tell you he went ABOVE AND BEYOND, I mean it!! He realized the issue with the store credit and did everything he possibly could to find a solution. He called customer service, attempted to place the order online, and explored every option available to him. When he realized he had exhausted all of his options, he didn’t just send us on our way, instead he went directly to the manager on duty, David Bernal, for help. David immediately stepped in and walked us over to Customer Service, where he spoke with Daniel, a Department Supervisor. Daniel took action right away and was able to void the store credit so the money could be returned to our card, allowing us to finally purch

Today I shopped for plants and came across wilted tai monsteras and asked the manager for a discount and he said no because either way the store gets credit for their loss and I would need to contact the vendor ask for discount on the plant. And I told him that Lowe’s discounts their wilted plants and he told me no because they get credit for their loss. Thank you Home Depot for your poor service. And again I was told no this also!

This Home Depot always has helpful and knowledgeable staff members willing to help you out! I was enthusiastically offered help by one of their workers named Vivian, and she not only pointed me in the right direction but also happily cut my wood pieces to the desired length! Vivian is an outstanding employee who makes it very clear just how much she enjoys her job, by the way she accommodates her customers!

Today’s service was amazing great job to the person working the counter for online order pickup! The representative who took out my order very polite and courteous. Doing better Home Depot, can’t say the same for Thursdays experience. Which was horrible lack of courtesy, politeness forget customer service at this point.

Hopefully this location is correct...off Lee Trevino on Rojas. My husband and I were loading our truck. A worker named Diego (G) walked over to help us. This guy was just one of three people whom were extremely professional and pleasant. We were purchasing lumber and someone there was helpful and the cashier was super kind. We appreciated the fact that they were kind and provided great customer care. Thank you! 😊
